Refund Policy - the basics
ALL CUSTOM BUILD DOOR PRODUCTS ARE NON RETURNABLE NON REFUNDABLE.
Door Glass 4 Pets reserves the right to refuse any return but if accepted the product must be New and/or Unopened and/or Uninstalled and will incur a 26% Restocking Fee.
What is included in the Refund Policy
New and/or Unopened and/or Uninstalled product within 30-Days of shipment date and will incur a 16% Restocking Fee. The cost of shipping and proper packaging is solely on the customer. The condition of the product will determine the final Restocking Fee.
